Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Strategy . This is a high-impact role based in Miami, FL, offering the opportunity to shape and influence data-driven strategies within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment. This position sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and pricing. It will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business performance, customer engagement, and market competitiveness. About the Role You will be the go-to expert for interpreting transactional trends and evaluating campaign and pricing effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, pricing, product), you will use advanced analytics techniques to identify growth levers and influence key decisions. Your work will support high-level strategic choices, from product launches to promotional messaging, with measurable business impact. What You’ll Do Develop insights from transactional and promotional data to guide strategic decisions across marketing and pricing. Collaborate with marketing teams to test and refine campaign strategies; lead post-campaign analysis to assess ROI and inform future targeting. Partner with pricing experts to assess and recommend price strategies for new and existing menu items. Create compelling dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to communicate findings and guide business conversations. Run ad-hoc analyses to test hypotheses and uncover new growth or efficiency opportunities. Contribute to the development and refinement of data tools and processes that enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. Who You Are You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative or business discipline such as Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Applied Mathematics. You bring at least 8 years of experience in a data or analytics role—experience in QSR, retail, or consumer goods is highly valued. You are fluent in SQL and have hands-on experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or APT. You have a proven track record in applying statistical modeling and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing, regression analysis, segmentation) to solve real-world business challenges. You are comfortable presenting complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and influencing business leaders. You possess strong commercial acumen and understand how analytics fuels marketing, pricing, and operational performance. You are a curious, detail-oriented thinker who enjoys working in a collaborative and agile environment. Seniority level
