What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Identify LTS targets and lead high-level legal transformation conversations with C-level executives - Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and enhance revenue across broader service lines - Leverage professional networks to identify new opportunities and pursue them directly - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners - Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and the consulting and delivery organization

What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of consultative sales experience at the C-level and senior executive level - 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services - Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
