The Sr. Manager, ECPMO Program Management is responsible for strategy, planning, and overseeing the successful delivery of the program's scope and objectives. This role leads the planning and delivery strategy for multiple change initiatives across the bank's most complex horizontal efforts.
The position provides expert program delivery leadership and strategic guidance to senior executives, delivery teams, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to enterprise change management processes and achievement of program objectives.
The Enterprise Change and Project Management Office (ECPMO) is a centralized function that drives strategic alignment, governance, and delivery excellence across enterprise-wide initiatives, enabling effective change management, project execution, and realization of business value.
Position Responsibilities: Project Execution/Risk Management:
Provide leadership and oversight to highly complex enterprise programs.
De-risk program delivery and ensure success of initiatives with multiple change components.
Oversee delivery dependencies through direct leadership and cross-functional coordination.
Develop enterprise program roadmaps, OKRs, and align change initiatives to meet objectives.
Coordinate interdependencies for cross-functional alignment, scope, and sequencing.
Maintain artifacts such as business cases, roadmaps, workforce plans, and budgets.
Establish program charters, committees, and communication plans.
Lead program tollgate approvals and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor program health, identify impediments, and manage risks.
Facilitate governance forums and serve as a subject matter expert.
Ensure communication and alignment between program and change delivery teams.
Partner with stakeholders and manage vendor dependencies.
Resource Planning:
Create workforce planning and delivery strategy artifacts.
Develop business cases for staffing needs.
Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with governance policies.
Collaborate to anticipate and mitigate risks.
Track and report on risk management activities.
Financial Management:
Manage program financials and develop business cases.
Optimize financial resources and forecast budgets.
Create financial reports for leadership.
Leadership:
Mentor and guide team members and stakeholders.
Promote accountability and transparency.
Foster a positive team environment and continuous improvement.
Resolve disputes and arbitrate debates constructively.
Manage personnel processes and talent development.
