Business Development Manager

to join our high-performing team in Houston, Texas! We’re looking for a strategic sales professional to help expand our footprint in the healthcare space by generating new business and forging strong partnerships with healthcare organizations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new revenue cycle staffing opportunities with hospitals, medical groups, and health systems. From coding and billing to prior authorizations and patient access, you’ll connect clients with top-tier talent — and once the business is secured, our expert recruiting team will take it from there What You’ll Do: Drive new business development for revenue cycle staffing partnerships Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at healthcare organizations Understand and communicate our full suite of revenue cycle staffing solutions Collaborate with internal teams to transition secured business to recruiters Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of sales experience (staffing or healthcare preferred) Strong understanding of the healthcare or revenue cycle landscape Confident communicator with the ability to present to executives and decision-makers Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment Goal-oriented and highly motivated Why Join Us?
