Job Summary
Join Weissman as our Senior Data + Analytics Manager and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making in a dynamic, omnichannel environment. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll define and execute the vision for marketing and commerce analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy, customer engagement, and performance. You’ll collaborate across departments - including Marketing, Ecommerce, and IT - to develop forecasting models, enhance data visualizations, and create intuitive dashboards that empower teams to make smarter, faster decisions.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in both B2B and B2C settings, champions innovation, and is passionate about mentoring others and building a culture of analytics excellence. Responsibilities
Develop and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Marketing and Commerce data and analytics, aligning efforts with organizational goals. Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, customer engagement, and overall performance. Oversee the development, delivery, and ongoing refinement of regular reporting on omnichannel marketing and commerce KPIs. Partner with IT to build and improve ecommerce forecasting models and predictive analytics for customer segmentation and campaign optimization. Collaborate with IT to enhance data visualization capabilities, including the creation and maintenance of intuitive, marketer-friendly dashboards. Establish and promote data-driven best practices across teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and impact in all analytics work. Serve as a mentor to analytics and data team members, fostering skill development and cultivating a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning. Support and advance enterprise-wide data governance initiatives in partnership with IT to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies in data science, marketing analytics, and ecommerce technology. Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for data-informed decision-making and expand the organization’s analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
7 - 9 years of progressive experience in customer data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record supporting both B2B and B2C omnichannel organizations. Demonstrated experience partnering with Marketing and Ecommerce teams to build and foster a data-driven culture. Experience mentoring and developing data specialists and leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Advanced knowledge of forecasting, predictive modeling, and segmentation strategies for Marketing and Ecommerce applications. Proficient in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. Skilled in building and maintaining marketing and commerce dashboards and data visualizations. Experience managing and analyzing large datasets using modern data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences. Adept at championing data literacy and fostering adoption of analytics across a commerce organization.
