project planning . The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring successful delivery by coordinating across teams, managing stakeholders, and using tools like
JIRA
to track progress. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a
Technical Project Manager
or similar role. Strong background in
Java development
(understanding of code, architecture, and deployment processes). Proficiency in
project management tools , especially
JIRA . Solid understanding of
Agile
and
Scrum
methodologies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master or PMP certification. Experience managing distributed or offshore development teams. Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices. Seniority level
