The Space and Intelligence (S&I) Division provides engineering services and analytical support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering, test planning, cost analysis, and developing advanced technologies to meet emerging national defense needs. The division includes the Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), Space Systems Group (SSG), and Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG), supporting critical national objectives to protect U.S. citizens and military forces. We are seeking highly qualified Administration Support Specialists at various seniority levels to support our U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command, Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDA&CP), and Battle Management Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) contract (Hemisphere) in Colorado Springs, CO, and El Segundo, CA. Travel is minimal, less than five percent, and limited to domestic locations.

Responsibilities The Administration Support Specialists will support System Acquisition and Systems Engineering teams, working on requirements engineering, solutions, scheduling, testing, and analysis. They will collaborate with program and project managers to support space systems and advanced capabilities, enabling secure and effective space-based assets and programs. Administrative Assistants:

Provide executive-level support, communicate effectively with senior leaders, manage large volumes of critical information, coordinate geographically dispersed teams, and improve division efficiency using tools like Platform 1, Jira, and Confluence. Business Analysts:

Analyze data, develop algorithms, and utilize data visualization; manage records and travel systems; facilitate project collaboration across disciplines. Executive Assistants:

Support executive functions, military protocol, and information management, with experience in classified systems and at least four years supporting DoD programs. Facility Managers and Planners:

Manage facility operations, accreditation, planning, and infrastructure projects, with experience supporting DoD facilities and certifications like PMP preferred. Operations Support and Support Services Technicians:

Provide high-level support, resource management, and infrastructure expertise, with extensive relevant experience, especially in space program support. Additional duties include assisting in requirements development, engineering solutions, program planning, and translating mission needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications Required: Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility U.S. citizenship 3-8 years of relevant administrative experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years) Experience with system acquisition documentation and outreach Desired: Experience supporting space systems development and operation Familiarity with U.S. Air Force and USSF acquisition policies and DoD processes Knowledge of FAR and DFARS policies We offer a competitive compensation package including salary (range: $100k-$180k), benefits, and opportunities for growth. Salary is commensurate with experience and market factors.
