Fidelity Bank is seeking experienced lenders for our Lackawanna County and Hazleton markets to join our award-winning team. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will work with business clients to meet their financing and banking needs. You will source new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and produce high-quality loans while providing financial products and services tailored to their business needs. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, understanding your clients' business objectives and offering guidance and financial tools to help their businesses thrive. You will collaborate with internal business partners to develop new business through branch referrals and cross-sell bank products and services. Your duties will include providing information on sales and service activities, understanding program designs, and staying knowledgeable of applicable laws and regulations. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in business and/or commercial lending with a strong credit background.
