- Module (learn lessons): Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training: Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least 1 week prior to provider's 1st day.
- All candidates must complete the EMR questionnaire.

• Active CO License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• BC
• Active DEA (will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep it for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked)
• Able to understand & complete the EMR training requirements.
