About the Job:
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) to provide high-quality care to Veterans at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) and associated outpatient clinics in the greater Houston area.
This is an exciting opportunity to serve those who have served, working alongside a dedicated team in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, outpatient primary care services to eligible veterans.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary VA medical teams to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Comply with all VA and federal medical regulations and standards.
- Full-time: Mon-Friday 8am-430pm
- Standard business hours (final schedule to be confirmed at hiring).
- No on-call duties, weekends or holidays.

- CBOCs: Beaumont, Lufkin, Conroe,Galveston, Katy, Lake Jackson, Richmond, Texas City, Tomball, Humble, Sugar Land
Qualifications:
- License: Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State or Territory.
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Experience: Prior experience with outpatient care preferred; VA experience is a plus.
