Raf’s is a celebrated Italian-French bakery, café, and restaurant recognized for its excellence and commitment to craft. We’re currently seeking a full-time  experienced sous chef   to join our dedicated team, with the opportunity for future growth within the company. 

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking  passionate, respectful, and skilled cooks and chefs   who are committed to honing their craft and contributing to a collaborative kitchen environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Management and administrative experience preferred. 

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Prior experience in a high-caliber kitchen

  • A strong work ethic and desire to grow

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Pasta cooking and/or wood oven experience (a plus, not required)
