Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for a large-scale ERP modernization program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing UAT strategies, schedules, and deliverables, while also working closely with business stakeholders to align testing efforts with core business functions and compliance needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of standardized UAT processes across multiple business entities. Manage UAT project plans, testing schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time deliverables. Engage with agency-level business and technical teams to understand business processes, define testing requirements, and map system integrations. Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment of test objectives and resolution of testing issues. Facilitate UAT execution cycles, manage defect triage, and provide consolidated reporting to project leadership. Ensure testing aligns with regulatory compliance mandates and business process needs.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in UAT Test Management for large-scale ERP or Financial Management System projects. Strong Business Systems Analysis background with expertise in business process mapping and requirements traceability. Experience working with multiple agencies/departments in a collaborative testing environment. Proficient in project scheduling, status reporting, and cross-team coordination. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in public sector, state or federal government projects is highly desirable.
