As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers in finding the right Sherwin-Williams products to meet their needs. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining store standards will also be key responsibilities. This position involves interacting with customers of all ages and handling cash and various payment methods. Due to the nature of this role, we conduct a review of criminal history to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, employees, and the community. The successful candidate will be required to work at stores within a 10-15 mile radius of the following locations: 2395 York Rd. Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and recommending appropriate products. Build strong trust relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work order files and follow inventory control procedures. Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and maintain a clean store environment. Assist with deliveries as required. Remain knowledgeable on available products and suggest improvements to sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
