Job Summary: Lead the design of global business processes for supply chain planning and execution, including implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing monitoring of Oracle ERP solutions. Utilize Oracle's Cloud Fusion for solutions in demand management, sales and operations planning, supply planning, and production scheduling. Oversee Supply Chain Execution solutions such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. Collaborate with Managed Services Partners to support supply chain processes effectively, including operational support and system enhancements. Job Details: Implement comprehensive solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion to streamline Supply Chain Planning and Execution applications. Facilitate business process reengineering to deploy solutions aligning with the UniFirst Global Template. Support integration with third-party applications for master data and supply-demand management. Partner with strategic implementation agencies to design, configure, test, and deploy enhanced functionalities and business processes. Ensure functional specifications (FSDs) and technical specifications (TSDs) are well-defined and approved prior to building solutions. Document configurations accurately and execute necessary changes as required. Develop test scripts for comprehensive validation and manage defects thoroughly. Implement approved change management processes for seamless transition. Assist in creating operational guidelines as per the change management team's requirements. Support Knowledge Transfer during system stabilization phases with partners. Evaluate new functionalities within Oracle EBS to enhance business processes continuously. Manage Master Data Management (MDM) needs during transitions and maintain high-quality data standards. Plan and execute new functionality implementation projects effectively. Conduct regular status updates with international partners to foster operational efficiency. Establish KPIs in collaboration with business process owners to meet analytical and reporting needs. Review and analyze quarterly updates from Oracle Cloud Fusion related to business processes and modules. Create detailed process documentation serving as a basis for testing, training, and communication. Support training requirements for Process Owners, Super Users, and End Users in collaboration with HR. Work in conjunction with other ERP and IT Infrastructure units to ensure efficient support and management. Assist in setting up the required infrastructure for Oracle Cloud Fusion to enable continuous improvement projects. This is a hybrid role requiring 50% on-site attendance with increased presence during critical initiatives. Qualifications: Education: BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field. Experience: Minimum of ten years in technical/functional solution deployment on Oracle ERP platforms, with at least seven years focused on Supply Chain projects and five years on Oracle Cloud Fusion. Proven experience in integrating Oracle's Supply Chain Planning solutions with third-party applications and maintaining business analytics solutions. Experience in configuring and deploying Oracle Fusion Supply Chain solutions while collaborating with end-users. Strong proficiency with JIRA for traceability in business and application solutions. Project management capabilities, including estimating and managing project deliverables. In-depth operational knowledge in various Supply Chain modules including Order Management and Manufacturing. Familiarity with the ERP application implementation life cycle and SOX compliance. Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and resolution. Experience in transitioning solutions to steady state mode while collaborating with managed services partners. Success Criteria: Develop effective relationships across functions to understand requirements and guide solutions. Ability to configure all necessary Cloud modules for Supply Chain Planning and Execution. Implement cost-effective process changes through thorough analysis. Work collaboratively with MSP partners, especially in offshore models. Strong operational grasp in Supply Chain Planning and Execution. Translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-IT stakeholders. Demonstrate excellent project and time management skills in process design. Establish credibility as a resourceful leader with functional area expertise. Foster teamwork and collaborative problem-solving. Bring diverse skills to address business needs and requirements.
