We’re seeking a positive, personable Customer Service Representative for a rewarding career opportunity! This is an on-site position. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Sales Team to process new inbound leads and opportunities. • Go the extra mile to engage customers. • Schedule appointments for our service team, updating CRM as necessary. • Assist customers with questions and service calls. • Answer inbound calls and emails. • Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. • Regularly monitor all active service projects for accuracy of information and to ensure that deadlines are being met while providing necessary and frequent communication to customers and the organization. • Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize and adjust daily tasks. • Coordinate efforts with customers and sales representatives to obtain documentation necessary for solar projects. • Assist with general office tasks, including daily meeting minutes. Qualifications: • 2 years of customer service experience in Solar or other technical / service industry. • 1-year previous experience with sales or marketing preferred. • Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, high energy, and experience in a fast-paced office environment. • Exceptional communication skills, able to speak and write clearly and professionally. • Ability to mitigate customer concerns while arriving at the best positive outcome. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Document Management. Experience with MAC OS and CRM is strongly preferred. Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour DOE
