Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers. Your expertise will help them identify their needs, answer questions about our premium Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your commitment to excellent customer service will ensure the utmost client satisfaction, keeping up with product features while maintaining the high-quality visual standards of our offerings. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assisting customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building and fostering trustful relationships with retail and wholesale clients. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with our policies. Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to exact customer specifications. Organizing shelves and setting up attractive displays. Cleaning store equipment for optimal operation. Assisting with deliveries when needed. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable. Remaining knowledgeable about our product offerings and discussing available options with customers. Adhering to inventory control processes. Proposing ideas to enhance sales. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following minimum requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus. You will be expected to work at Store #2371, located at: 2406 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL 36301.
