Join our team as a Customer Service Expert, where you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the best solutions. Your role will involve:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable products and services.
Building trusting relationships with customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions following company policies.
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintaining precise records of work orders and formula requests.
Preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
Stocking shelves and setting up appealing displays.
Cleaning store equipment for a polished customer experience.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
Assisting with deliveries when necessary.
Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings to discuss options with customers.
Complying with inventory control procedures.
Suggesting innovative ideas to improve sales.
To thrive in this position, you should possess:
At least 18 years of age.
Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include:
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
A High School diploma or GED.
A minimum of one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
This role will be located at Store #2371, 2406 Ross Clark Circle, Dothan, AL 36301.
