Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service Guiding customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and present suitable products and services Building strong, trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies Meeting sales goals consistently throughout the month, quarter, and year Maintaining precise work order files and product formulas Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse efficiently Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications Creating engaging product displays and stocking shelves Keeping store equipment clean and well-maintained Assisting with deliveries and unloading trucks as needed Ensuring assigned areas are organized and visually appealing Staying informed about product offerings and sharing knowledge with customers Adhering to inventory control procedures Contributing innovative ideas to enhance sales performance Please note: the selected candidate will work at Store #5445, located at 42 Portsmouth Ave., Stratham, NH 03885, and may be required to travel to nearby stores within a 30-mile radius. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship Fluency in English and Spanish is required A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is necessary Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in customer service, delivery, or retail Experience with paint and related products Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment We look forward to your application!
