At Sherwin-Williams, we are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) to provide exceptional support to our wholesale and retail customers. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their inquiries about our diverse line of products, and recommend the best solutions for their projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
Assisting customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable products and services.
Building productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
Processing sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
Meeting sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas.
Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
Stocking shelves and arranging displays for a visually appealing store.
Cleaning store equipment and assisting in the upkeep of the store environment.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary.
Assisting in deliveries when required.
Keeping assigned areas organized and presentable.
Staying updated on product offerings and available options.
Adhering to inventory control measures.
Proposing strategies to improve sales performance.
The selected individual will be expected to work at Store #2808, located at: 21430 Cedar Dr, Sterling, VA 20164, with potential to support surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion with or without accommodation.
Must be flexible to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have received at least a meets expectations rating on your latest performance evaluation.
If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, completion of required HR Cloud eLearning courses is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
Previous experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
