JOB SUMMARY :

Provide Tier II technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware.

Ability to frequently multi-task and prioritize tasks

5–10% periodic travel to other US office locations

EXPERIENCE:

Windows and Server OS installation and troubleshooting.

Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)

Microsoft 365 administration

Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting

Basic Active Directory configuration

Familiarity with VMware ESXi

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Troubleshoots and resolves software, operating system, and networking problems

Support end users across all departments and office locations

Perform system imaging, desktop configurations, and ongoing maintenance

Administers and maintains operating system and related software.

Document support tickets, configuration changes, and resolutions clearly

Troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile devices

Work alongside the networking team to maintain internal network stability

Schedule, plans, and perform system upgrades

Configures hardware, such as workstations, printers, and servers

Coordinate vendor support for systems such as access control and surveillance

Collaborate with hardware and software vendors when needed
