Graduate of accredited Radiology or Nuclear Medicine Technology program Current MA license
in Nuclear Medicine (required) BLS/CPR certification
(required) Previous experience preferred but not mandatory Strong interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills Job Summary:
The
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
supports diagnostic imaging procedures through preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, image acquisition, and data processing for physician review. Key Duties: Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment Perform patient imaging and ensure image quality meets diagnostic standards Monitor patient condition and ensure safety throughout the procedure Maintain accurate documentation, patient charts, and equipment records Collaborate with physicians and team members for coordinated care Operate imaging, scheduling, and charting software (e.g., Meditech) Top Skills:
Radiation safety & compliance Patient communication and comfort Diagnostic accuracy and image optimization Adaptability with elderly and pediatric patients Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet About Nationwide Therapy Group
