Sales-Administrative Support

Location: Oklahoma City Metro Area Direct Hire | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Occasional Overtime & Some Saturdays

Hourly rate - $25-30 Lingo Staffing is hiring for an experienced Sales-Administrative Support professional for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company in the promotional products industry. This full-time role is essential to supporting both internal teams and external clients to help drive revenue and ensure smooth operations.

Learn and understand all areas of the business to deliver exceptional support. Answer all incoming phone calls promptly with a professional, upbeat tone. Manage and follow through on email communications until projects are complete. Provide fast, accurate, and professional responses to client inquiries. Proactively offer company products in all communications. Make outbound customer calls, sometimes at high volume. Track orders to ensure they ship on time and meet client expectations. Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up through completion. Review documents and artwork thoroughly for detail and accuracy. Obtain artwork approvals from clients. Match invoices with orders and track fulfillment of backordered items. Monitor commission payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organized, up-to-date records and client files. Attend and support a minimum of three trade shows per year, with one week of travel per event. Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and repeat business. Use CRM and sales software to manage workflow and client communications. Create and analyze reports using Excel, including advanced formulas. Occasionally visit local clients within the Oklahoma City Metro for on-site support. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and presentation during client interactions. Collaborate with and support other departments as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (must be able to build spreadsheets with formulas). Typing speed: 75 WPM minimum. Tests will be administered 10-key speed: 11,000 KPH minimum. Test will be administered Excellent memory, organizational skills, and follow-through. Ability to quickly and accurately follow written and verbal instructions. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and intuitive skills. Attention to detail with a sense of urgency and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, friendly, and confident customer service style. Strong experience with sales or CRM software. Minimum 2 years of office and/or sales experience using Microsoft Office. Comfortable working under pressure and navigating interruptions. Flexible and adaptable to evolving needs or new tasks. Reliable transportation and availability to travel for trade shows (3x per year). High school diploma required; some college or bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to lift, set up, break down, and pack materials for trade shows. Must be able to stand for extended periods and assist with event logistics.
