ESTIMATED PAY RANGE

$94,000 - $110,000

LOCATION

Onsite in Burnsville, MN or Faribault, MN; upon project completion (TBD), transition to Brooklyn Park, MN

JOB SUMMARY

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing projects aimed at improving business processes and operational efficiency; applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement changes; collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables; developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budget; monitoring project progress and performance, ensuring that milestones are achieved and results are sustained; analyzing data and metrics to measure project success and identify areas for further improvement; facilitating regular meetings to report on project status, address challenges, and celebrate successes; exemplifying a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative thinking and problem-solving among team members, and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience managing projects

PMP Certification

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)

Passion for managing teams and driving results

Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement

Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving operational efficiencies
