$34.00 - $48.00 About the Role: In this role, you will play a pivotal part in a nationally recognized Level 1 Adult and Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center. You will lead innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing nursing programs and driving significant improvements in trauma care. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with weekends and holidays off. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and synthesize data to inform clinical decision-making and strategic initiatives. Coordinate educational activities for orientation and ongoing training. Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners. Promote optimal patient care through clinical activities and data analysis. Gather and assess feedback from stakeholders and share findings for continuous improvement. Manage grant-related responsibilities and assist with project management tasks. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program. At least three years of clinical experience related to trauma or critical care. An unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with various departments.
