$34.00 - $48.00 Department Details Join our nationally recognized Level 1 Adult and Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, where you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in patient care. As a Trauma Nurse Educator, you will lead initiatives that enhance nursing programs and contribute to impactful, system-wide improvements in trauma care. Enjoy a Monday-Friday work schedule with weekends and holidays off. Job Summary In this role, you will: Analyze and synthesize data to enhance clinical decision-making and strategic initiatives. Coordinate educational activities related to orientation and ongoing training. Develop strong working relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners to promote optimal patient care. Utilize data analysis to support nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes. Communicate effectively and educate staff across various levels within the organization. Prepare daily work plans independently while adapting to a changing environment. Manage grant-related responsibilities, including project management and progress reporting. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in nursing; graduates from an accredited nursing program are preferred. A minimum of three years of clinical experience related to trauma, oncology, research, or critical care. An unencumbered RN license in the relevant state, with multistate licensure if applicable. Required competencies and certifications related to your specialty.
