Surgical Tech / Certified Surgical Tech / LPN Scrub Tech Full-Time | Multiple Shifts | On-Call Required Pay Range: $20.35 - $32.00/hr
Are you a detail-oriented Surgical Tech or LPN with scrub experience looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced surgical environment? We're hiring motivated professionals to join a dynamic surgical services team at a respected regional hospital. Multiple shifts are available, along with on-call opportunities for those ready to support exceptional surgical care across specialties.
Position Summary: In this role, you'll serve as a key member of the surgical team, assisting with operative procedures and ensuring a sterile and safe environment. Whether you're a formally trained Surgical Technologist or an LPN with scrub training, you'll play a critical part in the patient's surgical journey, working under the supervision of circulating RNs and OR leadership.
What You'll Do: Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
Scrub in and assist the surgical team with sterile technique
Pass instruments and anticipate surgeon needs
Maintain accurate specimen handling and surgical counts
Support safety protocols, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Contribute to a culture of professionalism, learning, and patient-first care
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
OR
LPN with relevant on-the-job scrub training
Active Missouri Scrub Tech Diploma, NBSTSA certification, or Missouri LPN license
BLS certification (or completion within 6 months of hire)
Successful completion of hospital orientation
