Senior Technical Implementation Consultant

Red Pepper Software is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Implementation Consultant with a minimum 3 years' experience with Qualtricsand 5 years' experience consulting/implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. As a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex technical implementations independently or within a team, providing solutions, and designing and documenting functional and technical requirements.Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process and manage projects to completion.- Help clients understand project plans, timelines, requirements and scope projects accordingly.- Design and propose technical solutions that align with the client's business needs and project goals.- Identify, analyze and solve complex technical implementation challenges.- Conduct weekly online meetings with clients and provide software training.- Communicate project plan, budget updates, and solutions to client weekly- Create Dashboards- Understand the nature of each client's business and customize the implementation accordingly.- Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics changes and best practices.- Obtain technical certification on various platforms.- Manipulate data within spreadsheets- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships- Prepare reports on account status- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and grow opportunitiesQualifications:- 5+ years' experience in a consulting or client-facing role; SaaS implementation experience is required- 3+ years' experience using and/or implementing Qualtrics (understanding of CX and EX platforms preferred)- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Project management skills- Proactive, self-motivated, dependable and able to meet deadlines with a high level of autonomy and accountability- Experience conducting online meetings- Excellent follow-up skills- Detailed oriented- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously- Comfortable learning new technologies- On-site position in our Pleasant Grove, UT office M-F, preferred, but not requiredBenefits:- Competitive pay (DOE)- Excellent Health, dental, vision benefits- 401K- Life Insurance- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance- 27 paid days off: 12 PTO + 5 Sick/Personal days + 10 Holidays- Monthly Company Health Challenge bonus- Professional Development- Weekly lunch and learnAt Red Pepper Software, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
