POSITION: Sr. Workers Comp Adjuster
FULLTIME
LOCATION: Fully Remote
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
PAY RANGE: $45-50/hr. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. What You’ll Do
Analyze and manage complex California Workers’ Compensation claims from first notice through resolution
Partner with attorneys, providers, and internal teams to resolve high-exposure claims, including those involving litigation and rehabilitation
Strategically manage costs, negotiate settlements, and identify subrogation opportunities
Coordinate investigations, vendor referrals, and litigation management
Communicate with injured workers, employers, and clients to build trust and keep everyone informed
Handle excess reporting and recoveries, including subrogation and other reimbursements
What We’re Looking For SIP certification
Strong understanding of California claim handling regulations, litigation processes, and settlement strategies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
