This role partners with business leaders and employees to deliver comprehensive employee lifecycle services, implement HR programs across the Southeast Asia region, and drive overall HR effectiveness. The position plays a key role in identifying business needs, offering strategic guidance, and developing sustainable solutions to address employee and organizational challenges—fostering strong relationships and a positive workplace culture.

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned business units to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Employee Engagement & Development
Lead and promote employee engagement initiatives, organizational change, and development efforts. Build strong, consultative relationships with leaders and managers to provide HR advice aligned with business and HR strategies. Act as the HR point of contact for queries raised through the Support Hub and assist with workplace-related issues. Address employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Performance Management
Monitor and support reporting for regional performance evaluations and promotion cycles. Assist with managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans. HR Services & Compliance
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, adhering to personal data protection regulations. Deliver HR services in accordance with internal guidelines and ensure compliance with local labor laws, balancing business needs and regulatory requirements. Regional Support
Collaborate with the Senior HR Regional Manager and the SEA HR team to implement regional HR strategies and support cross-border HR initiatives. Others
