What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Perform all aspects of software application development and O&M contracts, including design, configuration, coding, and code reviews - Follow SDLC best practices, including sprint and release planning, and conduct business analysis - Monitor development execution, facilitate user acceptance, and ensure quality assurance of project processes - Advise project teams on process improvements to enhance project delivery - Work independently while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

What is Required (Qualifications): - Must be a US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder) - Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies - At least 3 years of Salesforce design and configuration experience, including APEX programming and Salesforce Lightning UI - Proven ability to analyze and translate functional business requirements into detailed technical tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - MuleSoft certification - Experience working with Federal Government customers - Agile certification or Product Owner certification
