is seeking a
Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney
to join our collaborative and growing team. The ideal candidate will have
2+ years of experience
in real estate transactions, including the representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers. This position will involve hands-on responsibility managing real estate closings, reviewing and drafting purchase and sale agreements, examining titles, resolving title issues, and coordinating with lenders and other parties throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing Review, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents Perform title examinations and resolve title issues Coordinate and communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and municipal offices Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Provide counsel and guidance to clients on real estate and property matters Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar Minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional real estate law Strong title review and closing experience is preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a respected, client-focused boutique firm Seniority level
