This is a mid-level position ideal for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and excels in both relationship management and data-driven decision-making.
**This is a remote position-candidate must be in close proximity to a major US airport**
Job RESPONSIBILITIES (listed Below But Not Limited To)
Communication: Serve as the point of contact between corporate marketing and assigned local brand teams within the region. Monthly Reporting: Analyze marketing performance and prepare detailed quarterly reports for the Director of Marketing, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance, ensuring strategies are data-driven and results-oriented. Collaboration & Advocacy: Work with internal teams (creative, digital, media, analytics) and external vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are executed on time and within budget, while acting as a proactive advocate for local brand needs within corporate teams. Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and overall company goals. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to refine marketing strategies. Coordination: Coordinate and localize corporate marketing strategies to fit regional needs and opportunities. Educate: Help local teams understand processes, tools, strategies, and best practices Growth: Identify areas of optimization or opportunity for your brands and present strategic recommendations Regional Understanding: Maintain knowledge on the region you are over, including seasonality, services in need, weather patterns, competitor activity, and audience behavior.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3 years proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong experience managing campaigns. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in local or regional markets Experience in home services, restoration, or emergency service industries preferred Experience in an agency environment is preferred In-depth knowledge of various performance marketing channels and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proven experience in project coordination, campaign management, and performance reporting. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRMs, reporting dashboards, task management software). Ability to travel occasionally to regional offices or events as needed. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and engagement. Naturally curious and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
