The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget submission. The Analyst will monitor budget execution data to analyze spending patterns and assess performance against planned milestones. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in developing and tracking support agreements to facilitate trading partner commitments. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, resolve issues efficiently, and possess strong customer interface skills.
3-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
Government, AGA, or ASMC certification and active involvement
Familiarity with the DoD PPBES framework
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to identify trends and variances
Experience in tracking and reporting commitments, obligations, and expenditures
Prior experience with Navy ERP and G-Invoicing systems
Experience working at BUMED or within a DoD healthcare business office
