Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Career Growth Opportunities Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Manager - Generalist (part-time, 1 day/week) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include hiring and onboarding new employees, organizing training opportunities, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player. This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities include: Handling day-to-day HR related tasks and responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and hiring process Onboard new employees Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies Administer compensation and benefits Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation Assist in performance management tasks Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management In-person visits to the field office once per quarter (Rodeo, CA) Starting from 1 day/week, with potential to extend to 2 days/week and future growth opportunities with the company Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Previous experience as an HR Generalist or related position In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR databases Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible work-from-home options available
