HR Generalist
The HR Generalist is a key contributor to the overall HR function, supporting multiple areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures Conduct employee relations investigations and support resolution Support performance reviews, goal tracking, and career development Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations Partner with departments to implement HR initiatives and engagement programs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 35 years of HR generalist experience Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor laws Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
