GTM Application Architect
to lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing software architectures that support our go-to-market (GTM) and analytics strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product owners, project managers, and technologists—to evaluate requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful delivery of applications that drive marketing and business insights. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions. Architect and implement intuitive user interfaces. Define coding standards, development tools, and validation protocols. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Partner with stakeholders to assess feasibility and prioritize development efforts. Facilitate team and client meetings, status updates, and project communications. Deliver clear, engaging presentations to technical and non-technical audiences. Communicate complex or sensitive information with tact and clarity. Mentor and guide team members to maximize their potential. Allocate resources effectively based on project scope and skill requirements. Promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Capture and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Strategic Initiatives Support the implementation of GA/GTM solutions to enhance marketing and product performance insights. Contribute to the evolution of IT best practices as part of our transformation into a world-class IT organization. Participate in standards committees and represent the company at internal and external events. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6+ years of experience in software architecture or application development. Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) architecture and best practices. Experience with marketing technology stacks, including Google Ads, SEO, and their integration with Google Analytics (GA). Preferred Qualifications Up-to-date knowledge of GA/GTM roadmaps and ability to recommend new features. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and security best practices. Experience with data modeling, schema design, and data integration across enterprise systems. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server. Familiarity with data transformation, validation, and business intelligence tools. Experience with configuration management, source control, and usability principles. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
