Line Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Build Employee Relations : Foster constructive relationships, manage conflicts, and maintain a collaborative work environment through consistent application of standards and effective communication. Execute HR Business Processes : Manage HR processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance and balancing process requirements with business needs.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Significant relevant work experience required.

Additional Qualifications

Supporting the implementation of the new HR Operating model by: Consistently educating employees and managers on how to seek support in the new HR Operating Model Look for opportunities to drive consistency in HR policies, processes and procedures within the sub-region Seek and provide feedback on and within the new HR Operating model in an effort to pursue continuous improvement

Additional Information

The individual will need to be on-site at the Rocky Mount Engine Plant (RMEP) multiple days per week.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
