Partner with WIKA sales teams and direct accounts to identify and capitalize on IIoT business opportunities. Cooperate with sales and develop assigned IIoT accounts with regards to revenue, strategy and execution. Maintain contact with accounts and ensure a high level of satisfaction for all internal and external customers. Responsible for application and technical support. Identify and uncover market needs based on feedback from customers. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to translate customer feedback into innovative IIoT product enhancements. Identify opportunities for sales to promote existing solutions to additional customers, maximizing reach and enhancing the impact of current offerings. Assist the IIoT sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to project execution. Perform and support Field Service activities on IIoT solutions as needed. Assist in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and project coordination to optimize IIoT solutions for customers. Work closely with post-sales support and engineering to cover all phases of the IIoT customer journey and facilitate WIKA’s end to end approach. Monitors annual sales objectives. Communicate with colleagues in the Corporate CoE (Center of Excellence) regularly to exchange experience, lessons learned etc.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IIoT, industrial automation, or related technology fields. Strong knowledge of IIoT systems, platforms, and communication protocols Experience in systems integration, project management, and software/hardware management in an industrial context. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and data analytics tools. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cybersecurity practices and predictive analytics in IIoT environments preferred. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred. Experience in AI (Artificial Intelligence)/ML(Machine Learning) applications in IIoT environments is a plus. Ability to support up to 25% travel.
