Position Summary Coordinates and oversees the processing and servicing of branch support functions assigned to the Branch Support Associates. Responsible for ensuring all functions are accurately and timely performed in accordance with established policies and procedures as well as adherence to governmental regulations. Ensures adequate coverage and general training of Branch Support Associates. Recommend changes or alternate ways in processing methods to allow improved operating efficiency and member service. Researches and resolves moderately complex operational, branch and member issues and ensures that errors and discrepancies are resolved and appropriate follow-up in completed. Ensures that internal and external members are promptly and professionally serviced. Qualifications/Experience At least three years of related experience in Branch Support. Thorough knowledge of banking or credit union operations, policies and procedures. Working knowledge of MS Windows (i.e. MS, Word and Excel) to effectively utilize multiple software systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have attention to detail. Well organized and able to work independently. Ability to meet deadlines. Supervisory and training abilities.
