They are seeking an Advanced Azure Python Developer to support the development and deployment of cloud-native applications and AI services within Microsoft Azure, requiring expertise in Python development and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native Python applications on Microsoft Azure. • Build and maintain Azure components. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, builds, and deployment. • Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to maintain secure, scalable, and compliant deployment environments. • Integrate Python-based applications with AI/ML services, such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure ML, or external APIs. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows secure development practices and industry standards. • Participate in peer code reviews and architectural discussions. • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of deployed applications. Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a total of 9 years of applicable professional experience in lieu of a degree. • Extensive experience in developing applications using Python on the Azure platform. • Experience with CI/CD development and deployment pipelines, especially using GitHub Actions. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and secure API design patterns. • Basic proficiency in frontend development (HTML/CSS/JS), with the ability to create simple UIs to support app workflows. • Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows, including branching, PRs, and repo management. Familiarity with secure coding practices, DevSecOps principles, and Azure security (RBAC, managed identities, secrets). Preferred: • Experience with full stack development, including frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. • Exposure to AI/ML tools and services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, or LLM/GenAI APIs. • Experience with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Bicep/Terraform). • Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights). • Knowledge of Python-based frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
