In this role, you will be responsible for evolving and executing parts of Wind Engineering’s Advanced Courses in Engineering (ACE) program, including B-Course and C-Course ACE projects, in collaboration with the lead Technical Training Leader. Additionally, you will serve as the US Regional EEDP Leader, managing US Edison Engineers and overseeing the program experience within your region, including rotation management, offboarding, and recruitment, particularly for the US EID pipeline. US Edison Engineers are based in Greenville, SC, and Schenectady, NY. Key Responsibilities
Technical Training (40%) : Own and improve B-Course, coordinate global seminars, team projects, hands-on training, and continuous learning initiatives. Share responsibility for C-Course ACE projects, including proposals, tracking, and approvals. Collaborate with the Engineering Early Career Development Team for cross-training. US Regional Leader (60%) : Manage and mentor US EEDP members, support their development, handle onboarding, approvals, and ensure policy adherence. Drive regional recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and onboarding processes. Facilitate Transitions : Manage rotations and offboarding, coordinate with local leaders, and ensure proper experience and content alignment. Support relocation and offboarding as needed, and coach Assignment Leaders. Local Site Champion : Promote EEDP culture, engage with technical leadership and executives, and organize regional events such as roundtables, graduations, and rotation fairs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in human resources or talent management Desired Characteristics
Passion for learning and training Collaborative and inclusive mindset Strategic thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in Edison Engineering Development Program Additional Information
The salary range is
$111,200 - $185,400
USD annually, with potential bonuses and geographic differentials. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, tuition and adoption assistance, paid parental leave, and more.
