They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and meet performance requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of Hardware Engineering experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional qualifications include hands-on experience with Floorplanning, PNR, STA flows, placement, clock tree synthesis, signoff domains, Unix/Linux scripting, and signoff knowledge (LEC, CLP, PDN). Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Ownership of PNR implementation on latest nodes. Signoff knowledge is mandatory (STA, Power analysis, FV, low power verification, PV). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner.
