Job Description
Law firm located in McLean, Virginia, currently looking for a Family Law attorney to practice across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William counties. Qualifications required: Licensed to practice in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of representing clients in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, spousal and child support, and property division. Experience in Divorce and legal separation Exceptional client service abilities with prompt responses to all inquiries assigned Strong writing and oral communication skills Ability to manage numerous complex legal matters simultaneously Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research, resolving legal matters, drafting correspondence, and adhering to deadlines Maintaining client relationships by communicating frequently with clients concerning the status of their case Other Qualifications (a plus but not required): Having own book of business (will be a big plus) Trial experience and prepare clients for trial Experience in Mediation Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements Maryland Bar and/or DC Bar Multi-lingual Compensation package included: 401(k); 401(k) matching Health insurance with firm covering 50% of employee’s premiums, dental, vision insurance offered Firm paid life insurance and disability insurance.
