Civil Litigation Attorney - General Counsel, P.C.

Law firm located in McLean, Virginia, is currently looking for a Civil Litigation attorney to practice across Northern Virginia, including Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William counties. Qualifications required: Licensed to practice in Virginia. Background in Civil Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of representing individuals, businesses, or organizations in lawsuits and disputes, handling all aspects of the litigation process from pre-trial motions to court arguments and appeals. Strong deposition skills Courtroom experience Exceptional client service abilities with prompt responses to all inquiries Strong writing and oral communication skills Ability to manage numerous complex legal matters simultaneously Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research, resolving legal matters, drafting correspondence, and adhering to deadlines Maintaining client relationships by communicating frequently with clients concerning the status of their case Other Qualifications (a plus but not required): Having own book of business (a big plus) Maryland Bar and/or DC Bar Multi-lingual Compensation package includes: 401(k) with matching Health insurance with the firm covering 50% of employee’s premiums, dental, and vision insurance Firm-paid life insurance and other benefits Firm-paid holidays and vacation Company Description:
