Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator within the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, Clinical Affairs Department.

In this role, the Program Coordinator will assist in the implementation of well-being initiatives at Rutgers Health. The Program Coordinator will also serve in both coordinating and facilitative roles for wellness programming and communication related to well-being. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will support research initiatives and grant management, answer questions regarding policies and procedures, and ensure the highest standard of customer service to faculty and staff.

Among the key duties for this position are the following:

Supports in facilitation of advancing well-being at Rutgers Health. Provides administrative oversight for wellness programming designed to improve health and well-being to serve the Rutgers Health community. Leads event planning including invitations, catering, and logistics for wellbeing events. Implements communication strategy to share current programs, highlight successes, and identify opportunities transparently. Assists with regular surveys for our community to assess mental health status, needs and the success of our programs. Collects data about our utilization of mental health and wellness services. Prepares and/or compiles data for special reports and analysis. Develops departmental policies and procedures, flow-charts and project timelines as necessary. Ensures follow through with all parties and tracks projects to completion. Maintains the promotion of Well-being website to ensure excellent communication of programmatic offerings. Collaborates on the development of research questions and publications that contribute to the field of well-being. Provides administrative support for grant management as needed.

This position is contingent upon the continuation of external funding.
