highly qualified associate with 5+ years of experience to join our Private Equity Group.
Candidate must have experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently, with expertise in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital transactions, exits, and equity compensation. The candidate should be proactive, possess a strong business sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively. Applicants for attorney positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required. Note:
