As the VP of Revenue Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and transforming our Global Field Organization (Sales, SEs , Specialists) through the evolution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, optimizing productivity, and refining operational processes. This leadership role is crucial in shaping business strategy, driving operational cadence, and delivering actionable insights through analytics and fiscal planning activities. Your focus will span from high-level strategic initiatives to detailed operational execution, ensuring standardized revenue systems and processes, accurate forecasting, and successful management of Win Desk initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery across all regions to streamline our Lead-To-Order process. Strategic Business Operations: Establish and drive rigorous operating cadence across Sales, Specialists/Industry, Sales Development, SE, and Customer Success functions to ensure the health and efficiency of the business.
Collaborate with sales and business leaders to achieve key performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards, ensuring monthly business reporting is comprehensive and actionable.
Revenue Systems & Processes: Develop and execute the revenue technology roadmap (including tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Clari ) to support multiple revenue streams.
Prioritize and manage investments in enabling technologies that enhance revenue organization productivity.
Work cross-functionally to identify challenges, analyze growth opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions, delivering actionable recommendations and driving results.
Create and present sophisticated analytical models that deepen understanding of the business, translating findings into compelling, actionable roadmaps.
Revenue Planning & Strategy: Lead the strategic GTM Annual Fiscal Planning & Execution, including organizational structure, financial goal setting, quota setting, and market segmentation.
Support the C-suite with executive deliverables such as Board Reviews, Executive QBRs, and more.
Oversee the equitable assignment of sales force quotas, ensuring optimal allocation across all sales channels and resources.
Administer sales compensation plans, establishing and enforcing program rules, policies, and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Global Win Desk & Revenue Council Leadership: Support the Chief Revenue Officer in driving Revenue Council cadence with Sales and Success leadership.
Anchor the Win Desk to provide deal acceleration and standardization, ensuring alignment and compliance on pricing, discounting, and deal terms.
Partner effectively across various departments (Product, Finance, Support, Delivery) to define and enforce standard deal terms, maintaining high standards of deal hygiene.
Qualifications: Extensive experience in revenue operations, with a strong background in leading large-scale GTM strategies, sales operations, and process optimization in a global setting.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable results.
Deep expertise in using and implementing revenue technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Clari ) to drive organizational productivity.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build sophisticated models and translate data into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Hiring Range : $212,000 - $291,500 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
