Chief Engineer

Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses. Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and maintain a safe work environment for associates. Train, motivate, develop, and review all engineering staff. Meet all Concord Hospitality and hotel brand compliance standards and operating controls. Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership regarding concerns. Participate in our Leadership Development Training to foster growth and immersion in our company culture.
