Experienced Account Delivery Executive to manage the delivery for a large marquee account. This individual will be responsible for executing a large (>1500 FTEs) multi-year engagement involving run and maintenance of IT infrastructure and business applications. The candidate will execute the engagement as per the contract and commitments made to the client along with a PMO team and service line teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in application and infrastructure metrics for monitoring performance, managing SLAs, in an onsite-offshore setting, and experience working in the US geography. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery. Managing SLAs and performance metrics for application and infrastructure services. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of service delivery performance to clients and internal stakeholders. Managing and developing the skills of the service delivery team. Maintaining high customer satisfaction through quality delivery and strong relationships. Leading a team of service delivery heads for seamless service delivery. Qualifications include: At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred. 15-20 years of experience in managing IT service delivery in a client-facing role. Experience in managing SLAs and performance metrics for application and infrastructure services. Strong understanding of application and infrastructure metrics for monitoring performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to partner effectively with the client's CIO. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
