Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr An established international energy firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Center Project Manager to lead a major, confidential hyperscale data center project based in Indiana. As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, coordination with key stakeholders, managing subcontractors, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and performance metrics. This is a high-impact role with long-term career growth potential in the fast-growing power generation and data infrastructure sector. They are looking for a polished, organized leader who can confidently represent the company on a high-profile client site, proactively manage teams, and travel extensively as needed.

Data Center Project Manager Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a large-scale data center construction project from pre-construction through delivery Build out the project team and field office infrastructure Serve as the main liaison with the client and stakeholders; communicate progress and manage expectations Coordinate project schedules, milestones, subcontractors, and deliverables Travel up to the Indiana job site and other client-designated locations Maintain alignment with budget, timeline, and compliance requirements Represent the company with professionalism and leadership on-site and in meetings Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed in partnership with HSE teams Utilize tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, and Microsoft Office Suite for project tracking and reporting
Data Center Project Manager Requirements
8–10+ years of project management experience in large-scale data center or containerized power generation projects Proven experience managing $150M–$1B+ commercial or industrial projects Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Deep knowledge of safety regulations, contractor oversight, and infrastructure development Exceptional communication and leadership skills Willingness and ability to travel frequently and respond to client needs promptly Must be comfortable managing subcontractors and representing company interests on-site PMP Certification is a plus Proficiency with Primavera P6, ProCore, or other construction management software is preferred Experience managing projects for major tech clients is a plus Familiarity with data center design-build and hyperscale client expectations
